We will coordinate with your facility to arrange suitable visit days.
You (or the nominated next of kin) will be personally notified of upcoming visit dates
If you would like to be included on a visit day, simply contact us — we will arrange an appointment and explain exactly what to expect
If you or your loved one are experiencing dental pain, you can contact us directly. We will work with you and the facility to arrange a once-off visit to address this as a priority.
Important reassurance:
Submitting the form does not mean that treatment will occur without your knowledge or consent.
We will always keep you fully informed at every step. You and/or the nominated next of kin remain central to all decisions regarding your loved one’s care, comfort, and wellbeing.
