We will coordinate with your facility to arrange a suitable visit day.
We will personally notify you (or the next of kin) of the confirmed visit date.
If you would like to be included on that day, just contact us. We’ll happily schedule an appointment and explain exactly what to expect.
If you or your loved one have dental pain you will be able to contact us directly and we will organise with you and your facility a once off visit to address the pain.
Important reassurance: Submitting the form does not mean we will see you or the resident without your knowledge or consent. We will always keep you fully informed at every step. You (and/or the next of kin) remain the most important part of every decision regarding your loved one’s health and comfort.
