Dental Veneers (Custom Smile Design)
Time for a smile makeover
Service Description
Transform your smile with our custom dental veneers, crafted to enhance the appearance of your teeth with a natural, radiant look. Delivered by our skilled general dentistry team, this multi-step process includes a personalized smile design, trial, and same-day veneer preparation and cementation for stunning, long-lasting results. Comprehensive Dental Exam Requirement: A comprehensive dental exam, including a full set of 2D dental X-rays, is required before any treatment commences to ensure a safe and tailored approach. If you have not had a comprehensive exam within the last 6 months, one will be performed prior to starting the veneer process to assess your oral health and confirm suitability for veneers. Veneers Procedure: If the veneer treatment has already been planned for following a recent exam, we’ll proceed with the multi-step process: Work-Up and Smile Design Appointment: We’ll gather detailed records, including digital scans, photographs, and impressions, to create a personalized smile design. Our team will collaborate with you to plan the ideal size, shape, and color of your veneers, ensuring they complement your facial features and preferences. Smile Trial Appointment: A mock-up set of temporary veneers will be fitted in-chair to demonstrate the proposed size and shape of your final veneers. This trial allows you to visualize the outcome and request adjustments to perfect the design before final fabrication. Same-Day Veneer Preparation and Cementation: Once the design is confirmed, we’ll proceed with the final stage. In the first appointment of the day, we’ll prepare the teeth by removing a thin layer of enamel and take final scans or impressions. Using advanced technology, your custom veneers will be crafted on-site. A few hours later, in the second appointment, we’ll cement the veneers securely, ensuring a precise fit, natural appearance, and comfortable bite. Comfort and Customization: We prioritize your comfort throughout the process, using modern techniques and a supportive environment to ensure a stress-free experience. The smile design and trial steps guarantee your veneers are tailored to your vision. Post-Treatment Guidance: You’ll receive a detailed overview of the procedure, aftercare instructions, and tips for maintaining your veneers. If additional treatments are recommended, a personalized treatment plan with estimated costs will be provided. Schedule your veneer consultation today to begin your journey to a flaw

Watagan Dental Appointment & Booking Policy At Watagan Dental, appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient. This policy ensures fairness, clinical efficiency, and availability of care for our community. 1. Appointments Bookings can be made online at watagandental.com.au, by phone (02) 4977 1222, or in person during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). You will receive confirmation via SMS/email. A reminder SMS is sent approximately 48 hours prior. Reminders are a courtesy — patients remain responsible for attending or rescheduling in time. 2. New Patients & Examinations All new patients must complete a medical history form prior to treatment. For medico-legal and clinical governance reasons, an examination is required to diagnose conditions and develop an appropriate treatment plan for patients who do not have a current plan in place. This may include clinical assessment and radiographs where indicated. Treatment cannot proceed without appropriate examination and diagnosis. We accept all major health funds. 3. Cancellations & Booking Fees We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments missed or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a non-refundable booking fee to secure future appointments. The booking fee is applied to the next visit. If another late cancellation or missed appointment occurs, the fee will be retained. Repeated occurrences may result in refusal of further bookings and recommendation to seek another provider. Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the practice’s discretion. 4. Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid impacting other patients and may fall under the 48-hour policy. 5. Payments & Health Funds Payment is required on the day of treatment. We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, cash, and HICAPS. Health funds are separate entities with their own policies. We do not control rebate amounts. The policy holder is responsible for understanding their cover and ensuring full payment of any gap on the day. Any rebate disputes must be directed to the health fund. Payment plans may be available by prior agreement. 6. Zero Tolerance Policy We maintain a safe and respectful environment. Abusive, aggressive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or patients will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse treatment, cancel appointments, decline future bookings, and involve authorities if required
