Dental Fillings

Warranty Period: Up to 5 Years
Problem: Breakage, misfit or leakage
Promise: Replace or repair- at no cost to you
Terms: Initial 6-month warranty provided at time of placement. Extended by 6 months every consecutive check up and clean appointment attended.

Crowns and Bridges

Warranty Period: Up to a Lifetime
Problem: Breakage, misfit or leakage
Promise: Replace or repair- at no cost to you
Terms: Initial 6-month warranty provided at time of placement. Extended by 6 months every consecutive check up and clean appointment attended.

Root Canals

Warranty Period: Up to 5 Years
Problem: Failed root canal
Promise: Replace or repair- at no cost to you
Terms: Initial 6-month warranty provided at time of crown placement. Extended by 6 months every consecutive check up and clean appointment attended.

Orthodontic Retainers

Warranty Period: Up to a Lifetime
Problem: Breakage or debond of retainer
Promise: Replace or repair- at no cost to you
Terms: Initial 6-month warranty provided at time of placement. Extended by 6 months every consecutive check up and clean appointment attended. Retainers must be brought to every clean appointment.

Why do I need to maintain 6-month dental maintenance appointments?

By visiting us every 6 months for routine dental cleanings and exams, we can catch and stop issues from developing. These appointments are your best defense against breakage and decay and help keep your mouth healthy.

How else can I prevent dental work from failing?

Brush your teeth 2x a day for 2 minutes
Floss at least once a day
Eat a healthy diet, limiting surgery and acidic food
Don't smoke
